Torticollis

Physical therapy offers a transformative approach to treating torticollis, providing

individuals with specialized interventions to address this condition effectively. Torticollis,

characterized by involuntary muscle contractions in the neck, can lead to pain, stiffness,

and limited range of motion. Through gentle stretching exercises, manual therapy

techniques, and targeted strengthening exercises, we work to release muscle tension,

improve flexibility, and restore proper alignment in the cervical spine. Additionally, therapy sessions may include postural training and ergonomic education to prevent future episodes and promote long-term wellness. With a focus on individualized care and empowerment, physical therapy empowers individuals with torticollis to reclaim control over their movement and alleviate discomfort, enabling them to live life to the fullest.
