Chisel Fit Personal Training
This machine will work your core and cardio at the same time. We crawl before we walk because crawling develops the core strength required to function on two feet. The Challenger mimics this motion but can be adjusted to other positions as well. This allows you to work all the muscle groups and decreases rest time because instead of stopping when you are tired, you change the machine's position and work other muscle groups.
