Running Evaluation
Did you know that when running the patellar tendon of the knee experiences forces that are 4.7 to 6.9 times your body weight? That is just one example of the increase in forces that your hip, knee, ankle and foot experience with running. Proper running form can maintain those forces on the lower end of the range, which decreases your injury risk.
Proper running form can also decrease the energy expenditure with running. This means you can improve race times by decreasing fatigue with good form.

With our specialized training, we can analyze your form and give you the feedback you need to meet your performance goals and decrease injury risk.
